Heidi Stoddard, Owner
Adult Nurse Practitioner
Heidi Stoddard is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina then earned her Master’s Degree from Duke University in 2012. Early in her career, she volunteered and worked at a local free clinic providing compassionate care for the uninsured and underinsured population in and around Lake Norman. Most recently, she has practiced in a corporate setting providing over 600 employees with health and wellness care and support. She is passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate care and support along your journey to being your best you. When not practicing healthcare, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the lake or in Vermont enjoying the outdoors.
Heidi is Morpheus8 + Lumecca Certified
Heidi is trained on Viora V20 - Skin Tightening, Body Contouring and Hair Removal.
Heidi is AAFE - American Academy of Facial Esthetics trained with Toxins and Dermal Fillers.
Heidi is an active member of the AANP- American Association off Nurse Practitioners.
Heidi is an active member in the OMA - Obesity Medicine Association.
Kambree Bess
Spa Manager/Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Kambree specializes in providing personalized skincare treatments that enhance natural beauty and promote healthy skin. She is skilled in a variety of services, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and derma-planing. She has a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
She earned her masters esthetician license from Skin Science where she received extensive training in skin anatomy, product knowledge, and advanced esthetic techniques. She stay’s current on the latest trends and advancements in the industry by attending regular workshops and continuing education courses.
Shelley Hagerty, LPN
Nurse Injector
Shelley has been injecting for 7 years and has completed numerous trainings, including Master Expert Training with Allergan. She started out her nursing career in pain management and addiction, spending 12 years in this field. Shelley then wanted to use her creative side and talents to help patients feel good about the aging process. She believes in meeting her clients where they are in their journey with injectables. She takes a conservative approach wanting each person to feel comfortable with their choices they choose together. She will help educate them to make each treatment individualized and custom tailored to the person in front of her. Shelley believes in making someone feel beautiful in the skin they are in now for every decade of life and putting emphasis on looking like yourself, only a refreshed version.
Shelley spends her free time volunteering for animal rescues, spending time with her 4 rescue dogs, reading a good mystery book, and painting.
Ashley Von Busch
RN - BSN Nurse Injector
Meet Ashley! She has a bachelors degree in nursing and over 12 years of experience in L&D, ICU and bone marrow transplant. She has a passion for helping others achieve their skincare, beauty and health goals, which has led her into aesthetics. Ashley’s goal is to help her clients feel their most confident and beautiful self! For fun, Ashley likes to relax on the lake with her husband and two girls. They occasionally travel to the Caribbean to snorkel and swim with the stingrays! She looks forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals! 🫶🏻
Leah Svensson
Medical Aesthetician
In 2007 Leah received her international CIDESCO qualification in aesthetics in London and continues to strengthen her extensive skincare knowledge through education and product review. Leah gained her skincare expertise in 5-star spas in such cities as London, New York and Los Angeles before settling in the Charlotte area with her husband and 3 young sons. She believes there is healing through human touch and the importance of healthy skin habits and routines. Leah is dedicated to delivering her experience and training to the Lake Norman Community.

Committed to lifelong learning, Heidi is passionate about continuing her education and staying at the forefront of the beauty industry. In addition to offering results-driven skincare treatments, she has completed advanced certification in Permanent Makeup (PMU) Nano Brows and Lip Blushing and is thoughtfully preparing to introduce these services in the future, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of artistry, precision, and care. When she’s not in the treatment room, Heidi enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors, where she finds inspiration and balance.
